Horrible experience! She worked on our loan for a couple of weeks and then went completely dark. I had to follow up with her to find out what was going on. She responded that things got busy on her end but no real explanation as to why she went dark. She then promised she'd pick back up on our loan. Another 1.5 weeks now and I've heard NOTHING from her.
