Our policies were transferred to Carrie after the retirement of our long-time agent and family friend. We were contacted by Paula in the office who efficiently set up a time to review our coverages but also quickly arranged a new policy for an adult son. Everything was handled remotely and with the kind of professionalism and friendliness that we had come to expect from our previous State Farm agent’s office.
My experience with Joshua was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and so friendly. I have been with stare farm for many years and have no intention to change.

He educated me on what was going on with my flood policy that was due for renewal and helped me get things resolved.
