This doctor’s office has horrible customer service. They either don’t answer the phone or place you on hold for an interminable length of time. This is based on three different attempted contacts. If you are looking for a doctor, keep looking.
I’ve been going to Dr. Dowling for about 4 years now almost 5 and each of my experiences have always gone well and been pleasant. Dr. Dowling is very personable and the office staff is friendly.

Don't even bother. I jumped through hoops with them and at work to go see them. I get there and they don't even have me in the system. My work is just as important but you can't even be responsible enough to put me in the system after spending 30 minutes on the phone with me when I called to make the appointment. Now I have to wait and find another doctor who will help me. Very unconcerned office and the people who work there have no clue to what they are doing.
I love doctor Carrie. She is very kind and intelligent. Best doctor I've ever had
