Dr. Johans and all the staff from check to check out were very kind and professional. She explained my condition, and even personally called me to give lab results, and very quickly made referral and prescriptions to 2 different pharmacies, and PT. Explained follow up and will see her in 3 months. I highly recommend her and this office.
Saw Dr Johans on 4-16-2024. She is personable, professional & efficient. She explained my condition thoroughly & performed a feared procedure quickly & painlessly. Excellent doctor!!
Dr. Johans seems to be a qualified physician, but comes off sarcastic. I could live with this, but can't deal with the months it takes to get appointments, the rushed feeling during the appointment and the lack of call back to messages left by me as well as my insurance company.
Terrible experience. Office was dirty. Dr Johans comes off annoyed that your there. Had a lab test done and when asking questions about the results she called me which I appreciate. However missed her call. Emailed the next day when I didn’t receive a call back. She stated very sarcastically that she wished she had time to call me twice yesterday but unfortunately don’t have the time to do that. Cannot believe how incredibly rude she was just because I wanted to know more about what my test meant!
