Carrie was very thorough with my physical. She is very pleasant & knowledgeable.
Carrie shows so much patience when I'm attempting to explain my symptoms. She's an amazing Lister & often reads between the lines the facts that helps her help me. I don't recall ever walking out of the office feeling like the visit was a fail. I hope she continues to practice within my locality & network
The overall atmosphere is a bit dry, and I don’t think I’ve ever actually reached someone when I called—there’s always a message to leave. Then there’s the whole separate issue of pre-authorizations, paperwork needing signatures, or faxes to the proper location. Even when those are handled, they almost never actually get completed.
