The attorney allowed her "client" to endorse the title to the vehicle incorrectly, so I had to file another motion. Will thiz ever end? Its funny because she actually brought this review up to the Judge stating "I dont know what this review is supposed to do". The judge read my request to be heard. After 5.5 years, we finally had to get the Judge to compel Ms Ritsert to fix this situation. Still refusing to put accurate information in the settlement. Finally, the Judge had to order her to send the car title to the court, and the court would send it to me. She has no choice. Th... read more
