Brutal to reach! – I've tried for over a week now to reach this agent to cancel my policy. There is no website, no current email, and the response form on-line is down. My original agent is no longer there, nor apparently, is his replacement. The commercials all say how accessible your Allstate Agent is. Well, not in this case. Awful customer service.
