Amazing and fast work! Some structural modifications were required and they had all of the proper tools required to make the changes. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend using them for any and all construction and installation projects. They were very good about communicating and scheduling the project. They arrived early and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired this company third time since previous remodeling went fine however this time I ended very disappointed with the finished project. The new shower stall is not squared and the water leaks once I shower. Also the ceiling is not even and its actually starting to peel after only three months since remodeling was finished. We discussed those issues with the owner before the work was done but he never ended fixing the problems.
Kevin and the crew did excellent work on my home remodel project. They leveled my floors, removed a chimney then re-routed and rebuilt the staircase... and it looks great! They built my vision better than I saw it myself. Construction, electric, plumbing and attention to detail. Carrico is a one stop shop for remodeling and construction at a fair price. I highly recommend Carrico Contruction!
Excellent job building out my basement with a bathroom. Highly recommend.
