Extremely disappointing experience, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. I originally used Carrick Motors because of the convenience, and my first service after the change of ownership went fine. The problems started when I brought my car back for its second service. I specifically told them that I was having increasing difficulty starting the car and that I suspected the battery might need replacing.
