Both Maria and Terry are client focused and provide a professional and prompt service. We used them for our Jacuzzi spa in Research and they had it fixed on the same day for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended
Great service provided by Terry and Maria at Carribean Spas… their honest, know their stuff and won’t over price …. Any problems with your pool or Spa I definitely recommend them as I have now used them a few times with no problems.
Carribean Spas team have on two separate occasions serviced my spa. They replaced the heater and on their second repair, replaced my spa motherboard. Terry is a highly trained professional who handles the plumbing and repairs. Maria checks for leaks, checks water quality and provides professional operating advice as well as water treatment. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of repair and maintenance of spas and swimming pools. If you want your spa/pool fixed right, I’d highly recommend their service.
Wow what an incredible experience, it was very overwhelming for me having both my pool and spa not operating as it should, both Maria and Terry did an amazing job getting them back working again, both extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thank you 😊
