Maria and Terry are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When our spa, in Greensborough, threw an error, Maria tried to help troubleshoot over the phone before sending Terry out, who then found that our pump was gone and overheating. A quick repair, very reasonable price and just great service. Highly recommended for any spa maintenance. We won’t use anyone else now.
Maria and Terry were professional, knowledgeable and skilled in what needed doing. Communication was perfect, giving me pre-warning prior to arrival. I will be using them in future to repair / clean my spa. Great service, thank you both very much.
I would like to thank Terry and Maria for the awesome help and support on repairing our spa, with great knowledge and professionalism, I would recommend them to anyone who has issues with anything spa related, thanks again Terry and Maria 🙂
Both Maria and Terry are client focused and provide a professional and prompt service. We used them for our Jacuzzi spa in Research and they had it fixed on the same day for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended
Great service provided by Terry and Maria at Carribean Spas… their honest, know their stuff and won’t over price …. Any problems with your pool or Spa I definitely recommend them as I have now used them a few times with no problems.
