Management company closes support tickets without engaging with them. Carriages at Autumn Creek are really nice-looking apartments. a little too close to the highway which is a little noisy, but it's okay. Within a nice community, Close to many places, access to transportation (Bus and Max), and within a nice school district.
I like my community, neighbors, and home; however, the HOA has filed false violations against homeowners. I received one that took over a year to get removed from our record & just received a 2nd one. Both of which cite rules that are not included in our governing documents.
