Paid for a car wash in the touchless bay. It said to drive forward but then wouldn’t operate. It never changed to signal to stop and the water never ran. No attendant present and no one would answer the phone listed with Google Maps so there was no way to request money back. We moved to the bay that was functional (someone was in the bay) and paid for a wash. It literally took our money and used it for a second wash on the vehicle in the bay. The attended on duty was extremely rude and refused to give me my money back. I paid for an $8 car wash with a $10 bill, and she refused to give me my change. She told me there was no way she could help me and that I was basically SOL. When I asked her to put it on the $10 wash considering she wasn’t going to give me my change back she threw a hissy fit before slamming the door to the office.
