I had my car in to check codes a couple of weeks ago and the two 'Louis' guys in the shop area were courteous and extremely helpful - going out of their way in giving sound advice. Definitely left me with a good attitude toward Carriage Used Cars.
I had a terrible experience with this dealership and want to warn others before they go through the same. I purchased a vehicle from them, and right away it was making a lot of noise. I paid them to fix it, but instead of installing new parts, they put on old rotors and brake pads and still charged me for brand-new ones. It honestly felt like they reused parts from another car. When I asked for my money back, they refused and instead offered me three free oil changes, which is completely unacceptable. It has been over a year... read more
