I LOVE my house! Everything about it is perfect...except the HOA. Why must there be an HOA!?! Anyway, the house is unique, the houses aren't crowded together, and the builder was very meticulous with all of my concerns. With that being said, do your research! This is a Texas based builder and you need to adjust your questions and concerns according to the area where you are building or buying a house. Some things may need to be changed or altered due to different rules everywhere.
