I have owned and lived in three of the condos at Carriage Trace over the years. This is a beautiful community, with lush grounds and lots of trees. The pool is magnificent. The homes are well kept and pride of ownership is apparent. As a Realtor, I can tell you that the amenities here are exactly what home owners desire! And there are many floor plans too, ranging from 2-3 bedrooms. Everything is well cared for and the finances are strong here. It is a great community of very caring home owners!
Have a couple of customers still residing that call us for repair work. Pleasant, quiet community.

There is apparently a website compiled by residents of Carriage Trace who have some seriously valid concerns regarding those who manage the HOA. It sounds like it could be a very interesting TV news topic given the huge amount of issues.....It's rather disturbing.
