Ugh, never got my pictures, never got a refund, and I was accused of lying. NO reason to ever use them again.

I switched to Little Shots Photography after having to call twice to have blurry group shots taken over. I do not have the time to be chasing vendors for thier promised services. This small company in Lambertville is flexible and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Man o man, i'm never going back to that place. I'm a realtor and paid $85 for head shots and this creepy little indian guy that works there couldn't keep his hands off me. Ugh, it gives me the shivers. Anyway, then the pictures were all dark and I think they're were a little blurry, they wouldn't reshoot them, I was clearly not happy and asked them to take more then the 10 that they took, but wouldn't because they already took their lights down. I was a loyal customer for years when it was Joe running the business, but a few years ago his son tookover and they've been producing less then acceptable products. I've actually pulled my account and went to Teddy Bear Portraits for this upcoming school year. We just got our camp pictures back a few days ago all my group shots are flat and dark, we normally display these in our front entryway for the parents to see, so we asked them to fix them and they sent us copies of the same exact thing. This studio always has had a great reputation. In the past they were the premium for wedding photos. They now take terrific kid photos. My daughter's dance photos are always top-notch and the photographers are friendly, professional and easy to work with. Cant understand how or why others have rated them anything less than 5star. Perhaps they are the ones who should take their own if they think they are better at it...groups are the toughest to shoot. And acne is part of life. If I could give less then 1 star I would. I had "retouching" done on my daughter's pictures for her acne, and it looks like a 12 year old had done it with a crayon. I called to see if I could have it redone and the lady who anwsered took her time to look it up and then told me that our expectations for the image where too high because of the extent of the acne. I told her I would pay extra to have it done right if it was more work, she told me that they didn't have time and it wasn't time efficient to do it. Basically that m... read more

They took my sons baseball and camp photos this year, and they were horrible. The misspelled his name on his cards and I didn't get replacements till the end of the season, they blamed the coach, my husband. The camp photos they took this year were pretty bad too, just bad photos, they really don't make a good product any more. I highly recommend going elsewhere
