This is a terrible place. Do not send your loved ones here. They let my grandmother fall twice on a 24 hour period. She had stitches above her eye, concussion, broken collar bone, broken elbow, broken hip, uti, and pneumonia. I was deviated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They can’t take accountability and blamed my gma for not asking for help. My grandmother was completely able to walk on her own before she got there now she can’t do anything without help. They destroyed her quality of life.
When my husband entered Carriage Square in December 2024, the care was not bad. As time passed, things got progressively worse. The food was almost inedible, the follow through from most nursing staff was poor, and they were not following the nursing orders, such as getting him out of bed daily. The excuse was usually that they "did not have the staff." During the month of March, he was given only 1 shower a week. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my tour.. extremely clean. I recommend this rehab for family future needs!
I so regret putting my father here and im currently looking for something else to get him out..number 1 the smell is horrible in there number 2 the food is disgusting Prison get better food number 3 the rooms are about the size of a jail cell my dad share a room with another person the other person his side is bigger then my dads.my dad has one bed that sit up against a wall then a small 3 drawer dress that hardly holds his clothes and the TV barley is able to sit up there..there also isn't meny places to plug anything up th... read more
