I so regret putting my father here and im currently looking for something else to get him out..number 1 the smell is horrible in there number 2 the food is disgusting Prison get better food number 3 the rooms are about the size of a jail cell my dad share a room with another person the other person his side is bigger then my dads.my dad has one bed that sit up against a wall then a small 3 drawer dress that hardly holds his clothes and the TV barley is able to sit up there..there also isn't meny places to plug anything up th... read more

Staff is great administration leaves something to be desired I was accused by a resident of having an altercation with him verbal or physical administration without verification or evidence or investigation denied me visits with my loved barred from visiting property Health department ruled ban illegal so administrator intimitidated coerced and threated my loved one into agreeing to a supervised visits because the ban placed administration subject to aban of 1000 dollars a day for violating health department ruling never cha... read more

This is a horrible place, please do not send your loved ones here. They neglected my mother and when I brought that to their attention I was met with "we don't have enough staff". If you don't have the resources necessary to properly assist the elderly in your, don't take more of them in. My mother's health went from bad to worse, her things went missing, me and my children had to get her the things she needed when we visited, and she constantly cried about how bad it was there. I would like to say that the corporation who owns this place does not care about your loved ones. Over the past year they have made several budget cuts that I’m very sure family are unaware of as they continue to pay the same costs or more for family to live here. These budget cuts include dietary, housekeeping and nursing staff. Almost all of the staff regularly complain about the lack of things they have.
