Love the location and neighbourhood, morning view in Coldstream. The engineers that design for Carriage Signature Homes need to give their heads a shake, I am not a design engineer but when designing a duplex home why would you place a bathroom adjoining to the neighbouring master bedroom. I can understand a bathroom next to a bathroom but a bathroom to a master bedroom! The other issue with their engineers is not separating the floor joist from one duplex to the next to eliminate foot vibration travel!
