We were hesitant to book after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad we did. Honestly I think the negative reviews are from people who did not read the hotel rules and check in/out times. This resort is exactly as advertised, it is a 3 star hotel, so don't expect all of the bells and whistles of a 4 or 5 star hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews—good or bad—but I couldn’t let this one go. We stayed here at the end of August for just one night after a long day of traveling, and the experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor that was clearly not ours, which is my biggest pet peeve and frankly, disgusting. Beautiful place and very inviting! Rooms are private with a balcony. Pool and hot tub were also amazing! Nice place!
This resort is great for families and groups. Each modern, well equipped condo comfortably sleeps 8.
