I bought a waterfront property using Olin Chamberlin as an agent. I was very concerned about his business practices. He continually talked about other clients in a negative fashion. He claimed he dated a client's wife after his client died so he could continue selling and buying property. He did not speak kindly about his paramour either. I was mislead on several key permitting issues and propertyline issues. Carriage Properties is a reputable company. I would however avoid OLIN CHAMBERLIN AT ALL COST!
Great location! Sharon helped my husband and I find the perfect home right after we got married, and we have been loving it. The office is so knowledgeable and organized, which helped ease our anxieties about buying during the pandemic.
