Excellent resort. Over 900 lots, mostly park models. Many newer HUD homes are being added and many of the older park models are being updated. From the moment you enter the park, you see that the entire park is clean and well maintained. Security in the park is excellent. Very nice facilities including a large dog park, tennis, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. the place is nice and the people are friendly. the security head guy is a nightmare and should be fire for using profanity and going out of his way to ruin someone's day. He is the laziest person i have ever seen and our management doesn't care. He is rude and dissrespectful of the owners in our park. I am ashamed to say I live at Carriage Manor. There are many things to do here and wonderful people. I just wish they would get rid of Mr. Jerk.
