My mother has been living here for 5+ years, having broken pipes, busted ac unit, and a washer from 2010, all these things got fixed by Kevin on the maintenance team and we didn’t even ask for a new washer, he just came and replaced it as a surprise An absolute awesome working
Nice place to live. Close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and COTA rides. They have a groundskeeper who takes pride in his work and does a great job of trying to keep up with keeping the grounds clean. They offer 1,2,3 bedroom townhomes and 1,2 bedroom apartments. Only 2 things lacking are a pool and a doggy park. But you can walk your dog in the complex or in the neighborhood surrounding the complex.
Kevin with maintenance is incredible. I had an issue with the ac not blowing as cold and he responded quickly and fixed the issue with care and was even very apologetic which wasn’t needed but very appreciated. Very nice guy and even came to make sure it was still working well at a later time!
I think one of the best parts of this complex is the maintenance guy kevin. He is the mist chill and knowledgeable maintenance person ive ever had at an apartment complex. I try very hard to not call maintenance for small things because i know he has a lot to do but whenever i do have to he never makes the small things seem like a bother. And always explains what he is doing. Bev is also very nice in the office and will help in any way she can.
