I have never been treated so amazing by a service department in a dealership before! I had a recall on my K5 and took it in early morning- the person in the garage opened my car door for me, they welcomed me in and didn’t make me feel like a typical “number” I was greeted by each person I came in contact with, I even managed to get a complimentary Starbucks, the recall service was estimated to be about 2 hours so they scheduled me a Lyft to drop me off at work I was able to see the live timeline on what was happening with my... read more
You have had my car for 3 days and I had to call service to find out the guy working on my car is out. I asked TJ speak to a manager and yes he was too busy to come to the phone or call back. I need a loaner or my car back ASAP!
I just can't be more thankful for the continued support we have from Kim K. in the service department. We have had some different issues arise and have come in the past couple of months with our Sedona and she has really gone above and beyond for us. She is always so sweet and caring. I called for an oil change that I needed right away and spoke with Angela. There wasn't any appointments available and I was so worried if I waited it would damage my engine. She stated she would hate for something to happen to my car if I waited and told me if I came in first thing that same morning and they would make it work.
