Upon leaving the facility they lied regarding getting the full security deposit back but took out $731.50 out. When I called their excuse was they didn't have someone rent it by the 1st of August. I moved out July 29th and moved in to another facility in Austin. My son in law did call many times to complain and they did send an additional $399.00 4 months later but not all of it.I was never happy the 9 months that I was there and would never recommend it to anyone.
