My mother moved in 2 weeks ago and is extremely happy. The staff is exceptional, friendly and very accommodating. The residents are cared for, with lots of activities daily, there is something for everyone. Food is fantastic and they have an outing once a week. The facility is a little older but very clean. I would highly recommend The Carraige House for anyone looking for a wonderful place for mom or dad!
The Staff and Administrators are top Notch. They took the best care of my Dad. When I met with Caroline and Jason I knew my Dad was in the right place. I cannot thank them enough.
FYI - Visiting my loved one at the Memory Care Facility today and they are understaffed. Only one care giver and one med tech who is constantly going to main building. Follow up - Lisa, I do appreciate your response a week after the fact. With you being the Med Tech on duty, I'm sure you are aware that there was only one care giver in the building to take care of the patients while you were up at the main office getting ready for your Holiday party. I tried multiple times to exit the building and was unable to get out. One p... read more
