I use this wash pretty frequently because I work nearby. Today was the second time I went through this year with bird poop on my car that didn't come off in the wash. The first time I emailed with pictures and no one bothered to respond. I was never able to redeem the "free wash" when this place first opened. The price of the basic wash has gone up a dollar and today the dryer completely stopped when I had 16 seconds left on the clock.
