Edit: changed to a four star, After the owner reached out after a hour with a text as well as a phone call, Sent a free car wash . Bought a $14 car wash at UDF, It didn’t work. I called and texted the number posted on the entry of the car wash., Went into UDF they showed me the same contact information.. they said they couldn’t do anything about it The message says they are available from 8 AM till 7 PM. I called it four in the afternoon 30 minutes later..No response. I might suggest you give the manager of UDF the decision-... read more
Great wash !
There have been a lot of changes with this car wash over the last several months, they are trying to make it better. There were perks for having the Best wash membership but it wasn't offered at the locations to use. They have now removed the "perks" from the membership and never let anyone know they have removed anything while keeping the prices the same. This car wash runs out of soap all of the time, and doesn't work usually a few times a month. Shopping around for a better place to was my car and to get all of the option... read more
