They towed my vehicle, they broke my front bumper an cracked my radiator. I saw on my tires scrape marks, so when they went to move my vehicle they had no room an pushed it an broke the bumper an my radiator. I told them an they said that it was like that, to go to the police station they have pictures of my vehicle before they towed it. I know how my vehicle was before they towed it I don't need no pictures. Fact is they fucked up an don't want to take responsibility. There cheating lieing company.
I hit a car causing super minor scratches to the front bumper and the license plate frame so I brought the owner and her car to this shop. I met Pete and told him what happened and he immediately took care of the cars damage and ordered a new frame and the car was painted and done the same day at night. I would never have expected such a horrible incident would turn out so well thanks to Pete. The owner was extremely happy with the repairs that were done and the speed that they were finished.
I'd give Carriage House Collision a 10. I came away very impressed by their great service. I did not wait too long for repair of collision and installation of sensor on my M-Benz R350. I would highly recommend Carriage House to my friends.
they don't work with you on deductible like a lot of other shops do and they were late 4 days finishing the job when they send me confirmations almost daily confirming it was on time had to take off two days just to get my car because i was not given the correct info. do not go there!

I'M RIDDING ON A BICYCLE THAT DOESN'T HAVE NICKS IN IT'S PAINT ANYMORE!! It was a Saturday morning in July, I needed some touch up paint for my Bicycle. I called the shop and got an answer "come on down around 9 and we will see what we can do". I went in and spoke with James. we both agreed that $125 for a quart of custom matched paint is a LITTLE much for a little touch up paint for a bicycle.
