Free sweeping love it
Great but a little pricey.
Sat in line at the kiosk for 7 minutes while manger Josh was in a “meeting” at 6:45 at night. He said he didn’t know the car in front of us was having trouble even though he was the attendant on the kiosk at the time. Asked for a free wash for our wait and he refused. He said he had personal free washes but no manager free washes. This was very disappointing. Never offered to get us signed up with a monthly plan so that we could skip the line and go through the unlimited line. The wash was fine but the experience was 1 star.
Excellent customer service!The employees were very kind, friendly, and attentive . They took the time to show me areas that needed extra cleaning and offered rewash without hesitation. It's clear they care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended
UPDATED 12/27/25 I only leave a one star review to draw attention and HOPEFULLY someone will do something about this. I want to cancel my membership before it renews in a few days, but the account management site has no option to cancel, the email contact link DOESN'T work on the website (it's just words on the page, no actual link or email address), and no one actually answers the phone.
