we used the online ordering menu this morning and it was so convenient to pick up breakfast. we custom ordered our sandwiches which were excellent and huge! lots of gluten free options, even loaves of homemade bread. we got the vanilla rum coffee too and its delicious. wonderful cheery and clean atmosphere and the owners/staff are super friendly and accommodating. what a gem up in these beautiful mountains! check it out!
I always search out locally owned coffee shops when traveling. This place was unbelievable. Excellent food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating. The barista was very attentive and helpful. In addition, this place was spotlessly clean. I will definitely be going back here.
We stopped here today on our way to Cathedral State Park, WV. This is a very nice place. The service was great. The place is clean and spotless. My breakfast was delicious and my vanilla rum hot coffee was super yummy. For breakfast I had a breakfast sandwich of egg, bacon cooked just like I like it, cheese, and mayo on an English muffin. Carriage House Bakery & Foods is a one of a kind place! Teresa is lovely and hearing her family history of the place really ties it all together. Her hospitality is unmatched! Not only do we stop by for sweets and treats like her glorious cinnamon rolls, but we carry her bread in our restaurant to provide gluten free options on our menu.
