Never answer nor return phone calls
probably the worst management i’ve seen absolutely disgusting. The district management Mrs. Mason had an attitude after i stood outside for 30 minutes watching her eat as her lunch break ended at 1pm “hours” on the door state lunch from 12-1. within the last 3 weeks i have visited the office for no one to be there during business hours. not a surprise that the ceo has been raided recently.
It takes years to fix anything. My love ones had to buy a 2 heaters And 2 air conditions. Their workers don't know how to fix. anything
Do not move in Carriage House Apartments. I have been living here for 5 years. There is a money Embezzlement at the rental office where managers been stealing tenets RENT MONEY. They are switching up dates on paper work and sending out letters to Tenants saying that they owe large Amounts of money. I know I don’t owe them anything because I pays my rent EVERY MONTH! I been living in this community since 2019 and now they saying I owe 1600 and I no that’s a lie .. bad management… bad maintenance management work order take over sum years to get fix…. They can be rude to you sum of the employees and sum really are nice and try to help you overall I rate this complex a 5
