Great place to live as far as a quiet location and nice views. The constant water issues are the worst problem. Water is shut on average about 2 times a month for at least 4 hours with little to no explanation why. Hot water issues are common, you can have a sink running on hot for about 20 minutes before you get actual hot water. Water is also very hard and you will have to do regular maintenance to clean off limescale. Office hours are open 3 days a week and emergency maintenance pager does not seem to work.
Nice quiet community.
If you are a young adult looking to live here and start building up your credit as a home buyer, think twice. The senior folks on the board of directors will do whatever it takes, including issuance of unjust fines to get you out. The management team would make things up, or simply got confused with tenants, and would give me fines for having a dog on the premises(I have never owned a dog or had a guest on the premises with a dog...surprise!), saying I had loud tenants leaving, shouting obscenities and slapping door frames, ... read more
After seeing all these negative reviews I'd just have to agree. Unless your name is Karen or Kyle- Don't live here!
