A bunch of snarky old people on the board of directors. A plethora of passive aggressive paper signs stamped on every community room, fitness room etc. Fitness room hotter than the surface of the sun the moment you walk in.
So called manger screamed at me from her suv to get off the grass with my dog. No sign posted for no dogs on that portion. Also theres no sidewalks so you expect me to walk in the road where everyone goes faster than 40 and doesnt stop for anything. Grass over safety sounds like a real nice place to live
Great place to live as far as a quiet location and nice views. The constant water issues are the worst problem. Water is shut on average about 2 times a month for at least 4 hours with little to no explanation why. Hot water issues are common, you can have a sink running on hot for about 20 minutes before you get actual hot water. Water is also very hard and you will have to do regular maintenance to clean off limescale. Office hours are open 3 days a week and emergency maintenance pager does not seem to work.
