My mother chose this place to live 8 yrs ago. I think its poorly maintained, theres no one to get results from. Its run my a property mangement group that sounds its in Pakastan. Ive documented many electrical code issues that could have killed people that went uncorrected for years. It took calling the city of hollywood. They got rid of gate guards long ago so its a royal pain to get access if the homeowner doesnt answer their phone and can key in the code to open the gate.
