Love Carriage Hill bec of the care my mom receives. Social Service person Tara Lawal is fantastic! I look forward to the monthly call for my mom’s plan of care. Tara cares, the nurses ie: Amatu and Frank super patient caring attentive. Carriage Hill Bethesda is perhaps the best in the area!
I can't say enough good things about Carriage Hill Bethesda Nursing and Rehab. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, respected, and cared for. They treat every resident like family and go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It's such a relief to know that my loved one is in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Carriage Hill Nursing and Rehab to anyone looking for quality long-term care.
My mother was left in a room with no working nurse's buzzer for four days. She spent those four days crying for help to staff as they passed by her open door, but not a single person responded to her cries for help. The room also had no working power outlets, so even though her phone was plugged in, it died and she was unable to contact me to ask for help. My mom was supposed to be there just for a few days as she recovers from a recent hospitalization, but she has been there for two weeks now and there is no end in sight. ... read more
