Business beware before doing work for Chris Mai. He is on the board. I did a paver job that turned into a drainage job job. Which wasnt paid extra on for that. Basicly getting money from the man is like pulling teeth. A 99 percent complication of a job was socall 50 percent done. Thank God I always took pictures. But by doing work for him you will not get paid. He complained about others that have worked for him, basicly think he didnt pay them also.
Nice homes but very close together and tiny. If it's your thing its perfect but it's not for me.
