Chaos Hill. Trash overflowing out the dumpster looking right out of your window and drug abuser, prostitution along with people placing dog crap near your walkways, cars and dumpsters. Not only don’t be confused by the outside or in! It’s not what you think.
If you don't mind living somewhere where they leave trash outside for (1 month 3 weeks and counting) , this is your place! (Been looking at a metal broken trash can, broken clothing rack, 2 broken screens, and a mop in pieces this time around, thankfully the couch and chairs were finally moved after weeks) If you like plants or growing your own sustainable food in planters, this IS NOT your place.
