Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful is what I would describe the process with dealing with Carriage Hill Apartment.The entire staff was beautiful helped me step by step throughout my entire process. I was in a rush to move in little than 5 days and they worked with me and I was in by 3 days tops. A quick shout out to Candice, Miyah, Britney all of them were amazing. 100 percent recommend
We recently moved here in May 2025 and since then there has been constant maintenance issues that go ignored and prolonged. They don’t answer the phone even if you call several times in a row. The only way they’ll respond is if I call from a different number. When reporting a maintenance issue they take at least a month to adhere to the requests. I just wanted to say this has been a great experience so far . I moved here last January 2024 and Rashid in the collections/ payment department has been so helpful and going above and beyond to ensure myself and my son are covered .I can’t even begin how lucky I feel to have him representing us here at carriage hill .HE is very communicative , helpful understanding and resourceful . My review is about the leasing agent, Myiah J. She was very personable and friendly, even though she mentioned she had a rough day. I appreciated her honesty about anything I asked her, and she was very thorough with the tour. She also spoke to residence by name on the tour. I will leave another review for the apartment when I get to that point, but top level customer service is under appreciated. Myiah was amazing!
