I’ve never been happier. I got such amazing service from the front office staff Myiah. With the constant phone calls and emails to help calm my mind about the move in process and paperwork. I appreciate you so much for all your help!!
I gave 5 stars solely for Rashid alone! Rashid is AMAZING I have been with carriage hill for 5 going on 6 years, and Rashid has ALWAYS been there to help me. He doesn’t just help but he goes above and beyond. Please please please promote him he needs to be property manager.
I worked with Amiyah . She was really helpful and patient with me because I was all over the place. Lol. I would have love to live here, she made sure I found an apartment that fit my family. She worked well with her team to make sure the prices was good for my budget . I’m a little upset I couldn’t move in because I moved out state but this would have been my home for the next few years with the help of this lovely staff. If I come back it would definitely be here.
I’ve been living here for about six months and honestly it’s been a bad experience. My car was stolen once and vandalized another time, and packages go missing all the time. Management’s only response is sending emails, which does absolutely nothing. No one seems to actually care or take action. The apartments are old and everything feels fragile—we’ve had to call maintenance multiple times just to fix basic stuff. Because I expected carriage hill to be held accountable for providing a clean safe rodent free home with working plumbing I was given a NOTICE TO VACATE. They have refused to renew my lease because of my expectations to not have flushed toilet water run down in my apartment, be rodent free, have clean running water, closet doors that don’t fall off, and blinds that stay up. My expectations were not unreasonable for an exchange of paying over $2000 a month for rent. I assume they only want tenants that are okay with living co... read more
