Neighbors STEAL your packages! apartment buildings/common spaces are dirty. Amentities are all either out of order. had a broken washer the whole time I lived there. Ladybug & tick infestation. Quick to charge you fees for anything and raise rent prices with no yearly apartment updates NOR maintenance. Charged me $200 for carpet repair upon move out, for no reason, the carpet was not damaged. But the Maintence workers are kind & sometimes quick. Overall safe community.
Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful is what I would describe the process with dealing with Carriage Hill Apartment.The entire staff was beautiful helped me step by step throughout my entire process. I was in a rush to move in little than 5 days and they worked with me and I was in by 3 days tops. A quick shout out to Candice, Miyah, Britney all of them were amazing. 100 percent recommend
We recently moved here in May 2025 and since then there has been constant maintenance issues that go ignored and prolonged. They don’t answer the phone even if you call several times in a row. The only way they’ll respond is if I call from a different number. When reporting a maintenance issue they take at least a month to adhere to the requests.
