They did my minor repair for free.
Tim was very rude and disrespectful.
I had my 2021 f150 in for a warranty paint repair in my door jamb. You can't even tell where the defect used to be at all. They went behind themselves and vacuumed my carpet, cleaned my floor mat, and even washed my truck. I'm extremely happy with the body shop. I've had nightmares at the main dealership but I fully trust the body shop to handle any of my issues from now on!
