Beautiful complex, kept up as much as possible considering financial constraints of the rising costs of services. Love my condo and my garden. Neighbors are very nice as well.
The complaints I see on google review for Carriage Crossing are absurd. Carriage Crossing is the prettiest complex on the entire street. The amenities are wonderful. 2 gyms, a sauna, a hot tub, a pool, locker rooms, tennis court, an indoor racquetball court and a clubhouse. The HOA fee is normal for the area. For the most part, the neighbors are quiet and friendly. One of the best places I have lived.
Living prices are high but I like the neighbourhood.
