If I could give this property 0 stars I absolutely would!!! And it would all be because of Lariva. I hope Larivas management sees this. I recently called to inquire about two available units and was met with unnecessary attitude from the very beginning. Honestly, her behavior would be enough to make someone decide NOT to rent from this property. On top of that, when I asked about income requirements, she did not make it clear at all. I am posting this review about the excellent job. Miss Clark is doing as our apartment manager. My wife and I have been residents here since August 2019 . we have seen a few managers of Carrage Crossing during that time. Miss Clark is by far the best manager we have seen. Can’t believe the reviews all lies! I’ve lived there for 5 years and Laureba is the best manager yet. She is always walking the property. She has been there for all of us. You have rules to follow that’s it and because she enforce them people get upset. I’ve never seen her mad or rude. When I email the office about any concerns that are immediately taken care of. I respectfully speak to her and she respectfully speaks back.
