I’ve lived at Carriage Crossing for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the beginning, the property manager has been nothing but professional, kind, and responsive. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of — whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or just being available to answer questions. I was there at a pool party . The manager was bullying 1 particular guest and stated more than once that she was off duty. So she could say or do whatever she wanted . Clearly sounded to me as a threat to the poor girl. Then within the same conversation stated she was the manager. What is it you are or you aren’t the manager on duty? Again clearly abusing her position. Multiple guest at the pool stated how she goes in their home without permission which is an invasion of privacy. I am very disappointed in the behavior and professionalism of the office manager, Laureba, at Carriage Crossing. She is consistently rude and does not present herself in a professional manner—both in how she dresses and how she communicates with residents and their guests. She often discusses private tenant matters, like rent payments, in public areas, and has even approached visitors—not tenants—to demand rent be paid, which is completely inappropriate. I recently visited Carriage Crossing Apartments to get information about possibly becoming a future resident. A colleague of mine who lives there spoke highly of the community, so I was genuinely looking forward to learning more. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited outside for over 10 minutes with another potential renter, with the “Open” sign still displayed and no note indicating anyone had stepped out.
