If you’re looking for a low income property / easily acceptable then this is a good place. However, management is extremely unprofessional. If you need things fixed, do not rely on them to be fixed in a timely and appropriate manner. The current manager, LaReba has multiple bad reviews and multiple people have had many issues with her at the complex over the past year. She’s extremely unprofessional and rude to certain residents. Fantastic management, she went the extra mile to make this happen for my kids. Nice apartment with plenty of room for them, lots of storage. I would highly recommend this property. The maintenance man is very friendly and gets the job done ASAP. And rules are enforced. Way to go! Thank you guys!
Do NOT recommend. Unhealthy living, mold, roaches, they let residents smoke marijuana in the units. The managaer is VERY rude. She does not run her apartments correctly. She does not care about what goes on at her apartments, I would say this is NOT a safe community. I wouldn’t even trust her. Very strict & depressing.
If I could give this property 0 stars I absolutely would!!! And it would all be because of Lariva. I hope Larivas management sees this. I recently called to inquire about two available units and was met with unnecessary attitude from the very beginning. Honestly, her behavior would be enough to make someone decide NOT to rent from this property. On top of that, when I asked about income requirements, she did not make it clear at all.
