I have been so impressed with how the owner and staff treat my 11 year old as the owner of Nala. She wants to be a veterinarian and it’s amazing to me how she knows that and explains so much to my daughter. Shes also just perfect and takes her time with our fur baby. The staff at Carriage Crossing were very compassionate in their care of our fur baby. They were thorough in their exams and addressed all of our concerns. In the end when we had to say goodbye to our fur baby they made the process comfortable. If you are looking for someone to help your senior pet I highly recommend Dr. Ashby and her staff.
Dr Ashby is the worst vet in town. Overpriced, insensitive and cold. Should not be practicing. She diagnosed my pet incorrectly and sent him home with pain medication when he needed emergency operation. He almost died and suffered at the hands of this vet. The best is she charged $1400.00 for incorrectly diagnosing my cat. If you value your pets life, stay far away. It was traumatic for my family. Dr Ashby values money, not your pets life.
