I brought my gf's cat into this vet for a scheduled appointment. The vet told me that the cat had a lump on their liver. I spent a fortune on testing and nothing was wrong with the cat in the end. Pet owners beware. A check up turned into thousands of WASTED dollars. I will never go back.
I found a kitten on the road who had been hit by a car very recently, and rushed her to the nearest vet. These folks. The staff were amazing and assessed her immediately. Unfortunately by then she had passed. They talked with me about next steps and gave me a few supplies to transport her safely in my vehicle to be laid to rest. So appreciative of their compassion and support on a hard morning
I have just recently started going to Dr. Ashby, as of October 2024. I have gone to many vets in my life, and she is truly one of a kind, amazing. Very gentle with my two cats, staff are very nice, the physical office space is lovely and it was much less stressful than vets I have been to in the past. I feel heard by my concerns, and she takes the time to explain absolutely everything to me. I feel educated and comfortable with the treatments suggested. I have been so impressed with how the owner and staff treat my 11 year old as the owner of Nala. She wants to be a veterinarian and it’s amazing to me how she knows that and explains so much to my daughter. Shes also just perfect and takes her time with our fur baby.
