DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could give this zero stars, I would. My mother and my aunt lived here for 22+ years. Just about a month ago, my aunt passed away. They are threatening to have me evicted. I'm a cancer patient, they tell me I have to make a few minor repairs , I explained I do my own work as I can't afford to pay overpriced workers . They don't care they will not work with you at all, The guy running the place said it's not his problem I can't pay for professional workers . Don't care I'm on chemo and can't do the work right now, even though I told him I'd get to it as soon as I could. High priced and annual increase, They don't care most tenants are on fixed incomes. Can't sell because rent high and buyers must be approved. Seems like they try to force tenants out so they can put higher priced rentals in. Moved here 2 1/2 years ago, and had 3 rent increases.
HOA seems to run this place rent is high and you get nothing for it

RecommendedI have lived in Carriage Cove for nearly 3 years and I know I made a good choice moving here. This park is quiet, peaceful, and I always feel safe. My neighbors are Great! The Social Club is always planning something.
under new management . moved here 5 years ago. love it good friends, lots to do. excellent social club. homes are older but some have been keep up and are really nice.
Not a friendly park, no trustworthy people , gossiping , people accuse you of false information and management will not give information. Also watch Four Stars Realty
We just moved here two weeks ago. So far, we all love it!
