Lena is always very friendly and greets me and my wife by name whenever she sees us, whether she is working the front desk or the floor. She is appreciated.
Carriage Court of Hilliard had been a second hone to me for many years. I have had the pleasure of working for this facility for many years, in many positions. We are are very close and family-oriented facility. The residents are our top priority. Our memory care team is top-notch and provides exceptional care and service for our residents and their families.
My father has been at Carriage Court in Hilliard for over a year and we’ve had such a positive experience. The staff have been excellent, including Amira, who goes out of her way to take extra special care of him. The food is outstanding. The staff has also been very responsive in regard to any concerns that we have about dad’s care. I definitely recommend this care facility.
Ameria that works as care partner / housekeeping has been such a help to my mom that has moved in recently . Ameria helps in anyway possible and has been invaluable .
