Wouldn’t you enjoy a friend or loved one never being documented that they live at a senior facility so they never receive the care they are paying BIG BUCKS for? We met with Damion at Carriage Court. Stephanie was sent to evaluate Mom for living at this facility. She was approved and we put down $1200.00 with them as a fee to live here. They said since Mom was a new resident they would charge a higher fee than usual so there would be reminders to attend functions and get used to the dining schedule. After moving Mom in we were told that Damion found a new job. We were advised to not see Mom for 3-4 weeks so she could acclimate & adjust to her new environment. Carriage Court of Hilliard had been a second hone to me for many years. I have had the pleasure of working for this facility for many years, in many positions. We are are very close and family-oriented facility. The residents are our top priority. Our memory care team is top-notch and provides exceptional care and service for our residents and their families.

My father has been at Carriage Court in Hilliard for over a year and we’ve had such a positive experience. The staff have been excellent, including Amira, who goes out of her way to take extra special care of him. The food is outstanding. The staff has also been very responsive in regard to any concerns that we have about dad’s care. I definitely recommend this care facility.
