my mother received very good care while there left the facility much stronger then she went in.
very un professional staff the manger is very rude and does not know how to handel her job I was told by her that I had to buy out my mother lease after she passed away.
All I will say is the degree of lack of thought and consideration displayed on such a fundamental level was disconcerting. I was not there for the purpose of reviewing the facility for my grandparents. However, I feel my review is necessary given the interaction I had with the staff.
Its a wonderful, loving, home-like enviroment. The staff are all so nice and caring! Its very clean and has a beautiful court yard. Located just outside of town, perfect because you have a lovely setting yet your close to whatever bussinesses or resturants you like to visit! =)
Very unorganized, care is not up to standard, should be better than what it is for the price and the location. Management seems a bit unorganized compared to other facilities I have been to. Wouldn't recommend putting my loved one in this place.
