My HVAC unit has been constantly breaking ever since I moved in about 6 months ago.
As we all know, no place is perfect but they do really try. The gym is very clean and the office staff is always very nice and professional. I love my apartment and the view from the back of the building.
I was very skeptical about applying here with all the not so good reviews but Angel has been absolutely amazing!!! He was very kind and answered all of my questions during my tour and responded to my emails very quickly. Only thing is that I was hoping to move into a renovated apartment as the one I toured. I'm hoping it can still be renovated after I move in. Thanks Angel :) I had to come back and give an update and remove some stars. Avoid! I moved in intending to stay for years and was thrilled with the space and newly remodeled unit. What I discovered instead was roaches, mold, and a drunk downstairs neighbor that would constantly smoke (which leaked directly into my unit), and a general feeling of not being able to breathe and brain fog. Friendly staff, clean property, quick maintenance, and a super convenient location. Easy move-in and great management. definitely recommend.
