Community Manager Amanda Bellino was friendly, resourceful and went above and beyond the scope of her job to help me with acquiring my new place and she is the best apartment manager that anyone can ask for and I'm grateful to have her in my complex.

Carriage Club Apartments has really dropped the ball lately. My building is having a problem with 1). HUGE roaches! 2). While they offer a gas grill on the pool deck for residents, it’s apparently widely known that it has no propane. The grill surface area is in poor condition!! 3). At the end of Fernwood Street, there is a large dumping ground with a lot of loose trash, sofas, chairs, tables, mattresses, etc. Addressing this problem as it occurs on a regular basis, simply doesn’t get done. 4). mi experiencia en estos apartamentos es horrible, me mudé hace un año y vivo en el apartamento de en medio y arriba vive una familia muy ruidosa, a todas horas en el día y noche ellos pasan haciendo ruido, dejando caer objetos al suelo, arrastrando muebles, y corriendo en horas muy temprano por las mañanas etc. todo el día pasan con un ruido insoportable, yo reporté el problema a la Oficina de arrendamiento no una vez, sino 6 veces y solo me decían siga enviando correos electrónico, la ultima vez que fuí a hablár directament... read more
