Wow, where do I begin. I have been renting for 20 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Let me list the issues I have had while I was unable to move over the last 2 and a half years I was here. 1) I had a quick move and had to beg the office staff for my documents so they could be completed on time. 2) No one showed up to open the office on the day I was to get keys and I had to wait almost an hour for the manager and her children to show up to move me in. 3) My unit had not been prepared. My wife and I have lived here for just at a year. Absolutely the worst property I have ever seen managed. Constantly putting in work orders and it takes weeks to get a response from anyone. It is as if no one is ever in the office. Do NOT move here. The reviews I see are completely accurate of how this place treats their tenants. This place is filled with roaches and bugs. Pest control never shows up when requested. They allow anyone in the complex and do not care what happens to you. When your car is hit by a drunk resident... read more
