I was very skeptical about applying here with all the not so good reviews but Angel has been absolutely amazing!!! He was very kind and answered all of my questions during my tour and responded to my emails very quickly. Only thing is that I was hoping to move into a renovated apartment as the one I toured. I'm hoping it can still be renovated after I move in. Thanks Angel :) I had to come back and give an update and remove some stars. Mal servicio, mala atención al sus propietarios, comenzando por la oficina, la asistente de manager sin educación y sin preparación laboral.. 3 semanas para arreglar un simple problema como un cambio de artefacto eléctrico. No recomiendo para nada este lugar!
Totally a scam!! They just make you fill out the application and tell you the apartment is yours... but that it needs the manager's approval, and in the end they tell you no. And so another person comes and the same thing happens. Being the owner of his own company, they deny it. I DO NOT recommend it because they only make you fill out an application just to steal three times the total amount of the application paid and nothing... you have those two apartments from pure profit from applications... look for another place whe... read more
Its been about 2 years living here and we have moved apartments once from 3rd floor to 1st floor, so I feel like it's fair to review them now after this long. Take this as you all will ig. Ik you do your best but this place needs so much help I'm sorry to say it! We had an electrician come, after maintenance came twice, because we didn't have power in a room and a half of our apartment for 2 weeks. This place sucks professionally and totally inconsiderate the maintenance isn’t ever available and the office only responds through email no number works or has a human on the other end. They don’t tow here so there’s nowhere to park ever!!! 1500 for a one bedroom for roaches stopped up sinks and overflowing washing machines Yes this has been a whole years worth of re continuous issues and headaches you will find yourself more familiar with the maintenance people and the police before you see a person from the office getting... read more
