I would not have this business come do my carpets again. They always do it by the square foot and this guy did not measure my apt and charged me $140.00 for a job not well done when I walked on the floors to get something my white socks were black from the dirt still in the carpet never received a receipt via by email and everything was rushed in the past when I do business with someone and it is rushed this is a BIG RED FLAG!!!!!Never again. Big disappointment as in the past I have always had good results with this business... read more

I am very saddened that Roxy didn't have a great experience with our company. If she would have just called us to let us know of her concerns we could have addressed them and resolved them for her. Our Guarantee - If a customer of ours is unhappy with there cleaning we will come back free of charge and reclean whatever is of concern, if they are still not happy, we will return all of there money that they spent on the cleaning. A phone call, email or text and we could have handled this for her. The reason she was charged $14... read more

Very professional and easy to work width. Cleaned a major fire damage for us.
we have been using CCS carpet cleaning for years now. Our carpet is very light beige and we have 2 dogs. Our carpet is 18 years old and still looks terrific! I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service. It is the best cleaning, out of the many, we have tried in the past!

Our white carpet is old and was not white anymore.CCS cleaned it and it looks great.After a couple of days some spots reappeared.They came back and recleaned the spots.We are very pleased.They also cleaned our couch and it looks good.Thank you CCS.The Nelsons
