I made the mistake of bringing my beautiful wedding dress I inherited from my mother to Carriage Cleaners. The dress had beautiful beading and sequins and was a one of a kind dress made by a high end fashion boutique, was worth thousands of dollars and was in excellent condition. The dress was completely ruined by the cleaning service-I could not recognize the dress at ALL.
