terrible business/customer service – pick up my clothes and find someone elses slacks in my order and ours is no where to be found. The owner finally contacted me days later about the issue and said there is no way they made a mistake like that and that i was lying!! BUT he agree to give me a 35 dollar credit on my next dry cleaning....then my sister went ove to Carriage Cleaners to get a zipper fixed one her coat and they gave us a price of $15.00 to fix it. Seriously bad customer service – Lost several of my garments and not even sorry about it. They obviously have lost touch with the customer. When you have so much business that losing a customer doesnt matter you are in trouble as a business. Not that this will matter to them either. Thanks for letting me vent.
