Over charge and under perform. They contracted to do over $15,000 worth of restoration work for me. The final product was unsatisfactory even though the job far exceeded the original bid. Brake fluid and cooling fluid leaks, mechanical malfunctions, and installation of badly flawed new components were only some of the problems. Many spare parts left in their care for completion of the project "went missing".I would not recommend Carriage and Motor Works under any circumstance.

Good Mechanic i have used Brian for years. He knows more about old sports cars than anyone i have met. Typical mechanic moves on his own schedule but i have found him to be honest and trustworthy and hard working. Some of these old cars are incredibly frustrating to work on and very time consuming so bills are naturally going to be high at times. I think he is a hard to find gem in kansas city.I will continue to use him.

Michelle I was side swiped by a 18 wheeler several years ago. After meeting and talking to David Henderson about the repair and what all was involved. I dropped it off and picked it up a few days later. It was remarkable the work that was done. I was very pleased with the way that it looked. Smooth as glass and seamless. Wow. Thanks to all the guys at the shop. I am going back for additional work.
