Lack of professionalism , fraudulent, and nonchalant. I went to this privately own rental care to get a car... Upon arrival, everything seemed OK, just that upon signing the rental car agreement, the "manager" added "$2000" deductible by hand with a pen . I was choked... I let it go and moved on... Once the car was ready, I got into the car, and when I drove, the steering wheel felt stiff.. So I went back to the rental car company and informed them... Great experience every time I use them. They always have cars available. The cars are always clean and they have great prices. The staff is always friendly and respectful, great people to do business with!

I have rented from Carretela three times in a row now and every time their services have been great. The ladies at the front desk are always polite and respectful and help you with everything you need and their cars are always clean and in good condition. Their prices are also very good and would highly recommend anyone to rent from them.
